Coexistence of myTikee Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you of an important change regarding the management of your myTikee licenses. In order to simplify the tracking of your subscriptions, the new myTikee offers no longer allow you to subscribe to both monthly and annual licenses at the same time. You will need to choose a single billing method: monthly or annual.
This document is intended to clarify the transition of your current subscriptions if you have both monthly and annual licenses.
How will the coexistence of subscriptions be managed?
If you have both monthly and annual subscriptions on your myTikee account on September 16, 2025, here is how we will proceed with the transfer of your licenses:
- Monthly subscriptions: Your monthly subscriptions will be retained and will continue to renew each month on their anniversary date.
- Annual subscriptions: Your annual subscriptions will run until their originally scheduled expiration date, but they will not be automatically renewed on their anniversary date.
- Continuing a non-renewed annual subscription: If you wish to continue a subscription that has not been automatically renewed, you can sign up for a new subscription directly on the myTikee platform.
Impact on pricing
The applicable pricing conditions will depend on whether you maintain your monthly subscriptions:
- Maintaining monthly subscriptions: As long as you keep at least one of your previous recurring monthly subscriptions active, any additional monthly subscription you sign up for will be subject to the old pricing conditions.
- Suspension of all monthly subscriptions: If you suspend all of your recurring monthly subscriptions, any new subscriptions will be subject to the pricing conditions of the new myTikee offers.

Yes, if you suspend your monthly subscription before September 16 and keep only your annual subscriptions, you will be subject to the old pricing conditions for any renewal of your annual subscription as long as you keep at least one active recurring subscription on your account.

No, this change only affects license management. Your existing data and projects will remain intact and accessible.
