How to buy a myTikee subscription on

To renew a license, go to and login to your account.
If you are ordering on our site for the first time, please create a new account.

Go to the myTikee software page and choose the offer that suits you.
For more information, here is a description of our subscription offers.

Choose the type of billing (annual or monthly) you need

Enter the email address of your account (if you don't have an account yet, please create one).

Click on "Add to cart".

Click on "Cart" in the upper right corner and then on "Proceed to checkout".

Then enter your contact and payment information to complete your order.

Only credit card payment is accepted for myTikee subscriptions.

Once your order is placed, your subscription is automatically activated on your myTikee account. It is renewed automatically every month or year (unless you cancel it). Your credit card is debited at the beginning of the period.

You can check it on your profile on myTikee by clicking on your name at the top right.

You'll see the renewal date of your subscription in the Storytelling, Reporting or Unlimited box. This expiration date is updated every month or every year (depending on your billing type), on the automatic renewal date of your subscription.

How to see your on going subscriptions on

Go to your account on

Go to "My myTikee subscriptions" in the left menu.

Your current subscriptions are listed on this page.
You can change the payment method if you want by clicking on the 3 dots in the Actions column.

How to cancel a subscription on

Once a subscription is cancelled, it cannot be renewed. You will have to buy a new subscription if you need it.

Go to your account on

Go to "My myTikee subscriptions" in the left menu.

Click on the 3 little dots in the Action column, on the line of the subscription you want to cancel.

Click on "Cancel subscription".

Confirm the confirmation message.
Your subscription disappears from the MyTikee subscriptions tab, it is now cancelled. It will automatically end on the next billing date.
You have until the day before the renewal date to cancel your subscription.

You'll be able to see it on your profile on myTikee by clicking on your name at the top right. You'll see the renewal date in red in the Storytelling, Reporting or Unlimited tab once the license expires.

How to check if your subscription features are activated on your account?

For your myTikee subscription features to be activated, you must have as many licenses as cameras connected to your account.

It's not possible to mix different subscription offers on the same myTikee account.

For example, to have access to the Reporting features, you need as many Reporting subscriptions as there are Tikee cameras connected to your account.

You can check the status of your licenses in your profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner of myTikee.

If the expiration dates are in green, your licenses are still active; in red, they have expired.

You can click on the tabs, Storytelling, Reporting or Unlimited to see your different license types.
If the features are active, the "Story'" or "Report'" or "Enterp'" or Unlim' icon is displayed next to "My Licenses" on your profile and next to your name in the top right corner. If you do not have an icon, the features are not enabled.

If you have cameras that you do not use, you can unlink a Tikee from your account from the Tikee Remote mobile application or delete an external camera on myTikee to disconnect it from your account.
