Manage your myTikee subscriptions and licences
Capture and Monitor subscriptions are not available by quotation.

How to purchase a myTikee subscription?
myTikee Capture, myTikee Monitor subscriptions and Add-ons (storage, AI Dashboard) are purchased directly from your myTikee account.
To purchase a subscription:
- Log in to your account: https://my.tikee.io/login
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here.
- Go to the Billing & subscription tab.

- Then click on Purchase your licenses.

- Choose:
- the desired subscription (Capture or Monitor)
- and the billing type (monthly or yearly)

- Enter or update your billing information.
- Add a payment method (credit card required for Capture & Monitor).
- Specify the number of licenses, then confirm the purchase.
Your subscription is activated automatically.
A Capt’, Moni’ or Enterp’ icon appears at the top right of your account to confirm activation.

Add a license if you already have an active one
- Go to Billing & subscription
- Click on Manage your licenses
- In the Licenses for current subscription section, increase the number of licenses
Example: you have 1 license and want to purchase a second one → enter 2
- Confirm


Is it possible to combine different subscription types?
This means that:
- You cannot mix Monthly and Yearly plans.
- You cannot combine Capture / Monitor plans.
How to cancel a myTikee subscription?
All cancellation actions are located in Billing & subscription, then Manage your licenses.
1. Cancel all licenses (Capture or Monitor)
If you want to cancel all your Capture or Monitor licenses:
- Click on Cancel
- Confirm your request
The subscription remains active until the next billing date and then closes automatically.
2. Cancel only some licenses (reduce the number)
If you want to remove only some licenses:
Before any reduction:
You must first unpair the cameras you no longer use.If the number of cameras linked to your account is equal to the number of licenses and you want to remove one license, you must first unpair a camera.
The number of licenses cannot be lower than the number of connected cameras.
Once unused cameras have been removed:
- Edit the total number of licenses you want to keep.
Example: you had 5 licenses and want to keep 3 → enter 3.
- Click on Cancel.
Only the excess licenses will be removed.
The remaining licenses will stay active.
3. Cancel an Enterprise license
You must contact your Enlaps representative.
Check the status of your licenses
1. Check the icon at the top right
When your subscription is active, an icon appears at the top right of your account:
- Capt’ → Capture subscription active
- Moni’ → Monitor subscription active
- Enterp’ → Enterprise subscription active
If the icon is visible, your licenses are active.
2. Check licenses in “Billing & subscription”
In the Billing & subscription tab, you can view:
- the number of active licenses,
- the subscription type,
- the renewal date.
Unpair or disconnect a camera
If you have cameras you no longer use, you must unpair these cameras before reducing the number of licenses.
For a Tikee:
You can unpair a Tikee via the Tikee Remote mobile app:

Once the camera is removed, you will be able to reduce the number of licenses in Billing & subscription.
