What are the conditions for returning Products after an order on the website?

You have the right to a period of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, without giving any reason or paying any penalties.
The right of withdrawal applies only to unused Products, in new condition, in their original packaging. Thus, any use of the Product altering the new state of the latter prohibits the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

How to return Products after an order?

Contact our After Sale Service via this contact form to get a ticket number. Enlaps will validate the return of the Product and will send you the return instructions. The return number must be indicated on the package.

Any Product returned without an authorization or return number will not be accepted by our customer service.

Return the Product following the instructions sent by Enlaps by email.

Return shipping costs (packaging, transportation, ...) are at the customer's expense.

Upon receipt of the Product, Enlaps will verify its good condition and refund your order (excluding shipping costs) within five (5) business days.
