Transition from myTikee Annual Subscriptions

Dear Customer,

We are pleased to inform you of an important change regarding the management of your myTikee annual licenses. In order to simplify the tracking and billing of your subscriptions, all your licenses will have the same anniversary date from the 16th of September. This document aims to clarify the terms of this transition.

How will the renewal date for my subscriptions be set?

Until now, your various subscriptions may have had different renewal dates. With the new myTikee offers, we are standardizing these dates to make it easier for you to manage your subscriptions. Here is the procedure we will be following:

Anniversary date: The date of the first annual subscription taken out during the year will be chosen as the new renewal anniversary date for all your myTikee subscriptions.

Previous subscriptions: Subscriptions taken out after this first subscription will remain active until their originally scheduled expiration date. However, they will not be automatically renewed on their anniversary date.

Continuation of a non-renewed subscription: If you wish to keep a subscription that has not been automatically renewed on its anniversary date, you will need to take out a new annual subscription for that specific license.

Pro-rated pricing: The amount of this new subscription will be pro-rated based on the remaining term until the new unified anniversary date. It will be based on the pricing terms of your previous subscription and not on those of the new offers, in order to ensure continuity and simplicity in your transition. This new subscription will then be automatically renewed on the anniversary date of your first license.

Concrete example

Let's take the example of a customer with two annual subscriptions:

One subscription taken out on February 4, 2025.

A second subscription taken out on June 15, 2025.

In this case, the new renewal anniversary date for all of this customer's subscriptions will be February 4, 2026, as this is the date of the first subscription in the year.

The subscription taken out on June 15, 2025 will remain active until June 15, 2026. On this date, it will be automatically suspended.

If the customer wishes to continue using this subscription after June 15, 2026, they will need to purchase a new subscription. The amount billed will then correspond to the period from June 15, 2026, until the next unified anniversary date (February 4, 2027).

Starting February 4, 2027, all of the customer's subscriptions will be automatically renewed and billed on an annual basis, with a common anniversary date.

The pricing applied will be that of the old subscription, not that of the new offers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I choose my new anniversary date?

The anniversary date is automatically determined by the date of the first annual subscription purchased during the year for your account.

Q2: Will I be notified of the suspension of my subscriptions that are not automatically renewed?

Yes, we will send you clear notifications before suspending a subscription that is not automatically renewed on its anniversary date.

Q3: Will the new pricing terms apply to my current subscriptions?

No, if you choose to renew a subscription to align it with the new anniversary date, the amount payable will be prorated and based on the same pricing terms as your previous subscription. The new pricing terms will only apply if you purchase new separate licenses outside of this transition process.

Q4: Where can I get help if I have specific questions about my situation?

For any personalized questions regarding the transition of your subscriptions, please contact our customer support team at contact@enlaps.fr.

Q5: Will my data and projects be affected by this change?

No, this change only affects license management. Your existing data and projects will remain intact and accessible.

The myTikee team thanks you for your understanding and cooperation.
