What is the warranty on Products sold by Enlaps?
For all orders shipped before January 1st 2023
For the French Consumer Customer or usually residing in France.
The Consumer Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with articles L.217-4 to L217-13 of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee of hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.

The action resulting from the defect of conformity is prescribed by two (2) years as from the delivery of the good.
For the Professional Customer
The Products sold by the Provider are covered by a warranty of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the Products, covering defects, non-conformity or malfunction of the Products and any latent defect, resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture affecting the Products delivered and rendering them unfit for use.
For all orders shipped after January 1st 2023
Products sold by Enlaps are covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of receipt of the Products, covering Product defects, non-compliance or malfunctions and any conspicuous defect, arising from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the Products delivered and making them unfit for use.

How to benefit from the warranty on your Products?
Contact our After Sale Service via this contact form to obtain a ticket number.
After remote verification of your Product by Enlaps, we will validate the return of the Product to our offices for a diagnosis and will send you the return instructions. The ticket number must be included on the package to be returned.
Any Product returned without authorization or return number will not be accepted by our customer service.
Return the Product following the instructions sent by Enlaps by email.
The cost of return (packaging, transport, ...) is the responsibility of the Customer.
After diagnosis by our technical service (within five working days after receipt of the Products) and if you meet the warranty conditions, Enlaps will offer to repair the defective Product, to replace it, if necessary by a reconditioned Product, or to refund the Customer.
If the warranty does not apply, Enlaps may offer you a repair estimate or a trade-in offer on your Tikees cameras.
What to do if you notice a defect upon receipt of the Products?
Do not hesitate to report any defect in the package and to make a reservation with the carrier upon receipt of the order.
Enlaps agrees to refund the Customer or exchange the Product, if, after verification, the claim made in due forms within the allotted time proves to be well-founded.
To do so, please contact Enlaps support within five (5) days after receiving the products.
We will get back to you within two (2) working days to tell you how to proceed.
