Tikee micro SD card

What types of microSD cards are compatible with my Tikee?

The Tikee is compatible with microSDHC and microSDXC cards, from 8GB to 128GB (for Tikee PRO 2 and Tikee 3) or up to 512GB (for Tikee PRO 2+, Tikee 3 PRO or Tikee 3 PRO+), UHS-I or UHS-II class and minimum speed class U3.

It is important to choose a reputable brand for your microSD card and purchase it from certified retailers.

How do I know what size microSD card to choose?

Our Timelapse Planner calculate how much storage you will need depending on your project.

For example, with a Tikee 3 PRO without connection, you can take about 1 photo every 15 minutes (16h/day) for 7 months with a 128GB microSD card.

In case the network is too weak to be able to upload photos, but sufficient to establish a connection test, you can still get the daily status of the camera, which allows you to manage your sequences.

Your Tikee camera does not recognize the microSD card.

Check that your microSD card is a reliable brand and meets the following specifications: microSDHC or microSDXC, with a capacity from 8 GB to 128 GB (for Tikee PRO 2 or Tikee 3) or up to 512 GB (for Tikee PRO2+, Tikee 3 PRO and Tikee 3PRO+), UHS-I or UHS-II class and minimum speed class U3.

Format the SD card with a computer in Exfat format.

Carefully plug the card into the turned-off device and check its recognition by turning on the Tikee.
