How do you pair your Tikee to your myTikee account?



Pairing is only done from the Tikee Remote mobile application.

Turn on your Tikee and connect via Bluetooth to the Tikee from the Tikee Remote mobile app.

Your Tikee is paired to your myTikee account once the Bluetooth connection is successful and you're on the mobile application's Tikee page.



You can check this on your Tikee Dashboard at myTikee. The serial number of your Tikee should appear on your account.

How do you unpair your Tikee from your myTikee account?



You can only unpair your Tikee from the Tikee Remote mobile application.

Note that the Tikee must not have any sequences in progress and that images already sent to myTikee cannot be transferred to another account.

Turn on your Tikee and connect via Bluetooth from the Tikee Remote mobile app.

Go to "Advanced" and click on "Unlink this Tikee from my account".



Accept the validation message to unpair your Tikee.

The Tikee is unpaired from your myTikee account, once you have a confirmation message. You can check this on your Tikee Dashboard at myTikee. Your Tikee's serial number should no longer appear on your account.
If your session has expired, please logout of Tikee Remote and log back in using your myTikee credentials.
