Difference between your shop.enlaps.io account and your my.tikee.io account

Your shop.enlaps.io and my.tikee.io accounts are completely independent.

They do not use the same login method and do not provide access to the same information.

🛒 eShop Account (shop.enlaps.io)

The eShop account is used solely for your purchases of Enlaps products.

You can:

• Buy cameras, accessories and packs,
• Track your orders,
• Download invoices related to product purchases,
• View the comparison of myTikee subscriptions.

Connexion :

• You enter your email address,
• Then you receive a login code in your inbox,
• No password is used.

• myTikee subscriptions are not purchased on the eShop,
• Subscription invoices are not available on the eShop but on myTikee.

The myTikee account allows you to use your cameras and cloud services.

Connexion :

• Use your email + password.

💳 Purchase of licenses, subscriptions & invoices

From your myTikee account, you can:

• Purchase your myTikee Capture or myTikee Monitor subscriptions,
• Add or remove licenses,
• Choose monthly or yearly billing,
• myTikee: Management of cameras, projects, subscriptions, and subscription invoices.
