Delete your myTikee account

Your account will be permanently deleted and will not be recoverable. All your data will be permanently deleted. Remember to save your photos, videos, exports, viewsfeed, etc.

Remember to unpair your Tikee from your account before deleting it.

How do you delete your account from the myTikee cloud platform?



Go to your profile on myTikee

Click on "Delete my profile" at the bottom of the page.



Enter the email address of your myTikee account in the email box.

Click on "Delete my profile".

Your myTikee account is deleted, you can no longer connect to this account and retrieve its content.
You can recreate a new account with the same email address. This new account has no link with the old one and will be completely empty.

How to delete your account from the Tikee Remote mobile application?



Click on the my account button on the top right of the Tikees scan page or on the Tikee page.

Click on Delete my account



Validate the confirmation message for deleting your myTikee account.

Your myTikee account is deleted, you can no longer connect to this account and retrieve its content.
You can recreate a new account with the same email address. This new account has no link with the old one and will be completely empty.
