What is secure link sharing?

Sharing by secure links allows you give password-protected access to the resources in your myTikee account on the basis of a defined list of users, identified by their email.

The items that can be shared via this feature are as follows:
Point of View
Portfolio
AI Dashboard
Timelapse Builder Export

This sharing provides viewing access to the various assets, not editing.

Users to whom you send a secure sharing link are not required to have an account on the myTikee cloud platform to access it.

Secure link sharing is only available with a myTikee Unlimited subscription.

How to share a resource with a secure link?

Open the resource you want to share by clicking on it or on the blue Play button

Open the Link Sharing window
For AI Dashboards, click on the share button in the top right corner and then on Setup in Secure Links.
For Portfolios and Points of View, click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner of the image and then on Setup in Secure Links.
For Exports, click on Setup in Secure Links at the bottom right of the page.



Name the link you wish to share.

Enter the email address of the user you wish to give access to this resource.

Choose the duration of validity of your access.

Click on Add
The new users you have just added are in "Pending" status.



You can add multiple users by repeating the above steps (from step 4).

Click on Validate when you have added all users.

An email with a sharing link has been sent to the created users.

How to use a secure link received by email?

If you have an account on myTikee at the email address where you received the sharing link:

Click on the link received by e-mail

Enter your myTikee account login information to access the resource.
You now have access to the resource that was shared with you.

If you don't have an account on the myTikee cloud platform:

Click on the link you received by e-mail.

Enter the code you received by email in the box provided. Attention, this code expires after 15 minutes.
You now have access to the resource that was shared with you.

Once you have identified yourself on your browser, you will be directly recognized the next time you click on the link received by email.

How to delete a secure sharing link?

In Secure Links in the left menu, click on "Check all details" on the line of the access you wish to delete.

Click on delete, then validate the confirmation message.



Once the access is deleted, the link sent by email to the user will no longer be functional.
A deleted secure sharing link will no longer appear in the list of secure links.

How to find a secure link sharing ?

In the Resource:

Open the resource for which you want to see the shared links.

Open the Link Sharing window.
For AI Dashboards, click on the share button in the top right corner and then on Setup in Secure Links.
For Portfolios and Points of View, click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner of the image and then on Setup in Secure Links.
For Exports, click on Setup in Secure Links at the bottom right of the page.



You have all valid links displayed in this window.

In Secure Links:

Click on Secure Links in the navigation menu on the left.
You have access to the list of all valid shares currently on your myTikee account.

How to edit a secure sharing link?

Once a secure sharing link is created, it can no longer be edited.
You can delete it and then create a new one if you want.
