How to buy a myTikee subscription on Enlaps.io?

To renew a license, go to Enlaps.io and login to your account. If you are ordering on our site for the first time, please create a new account.
Go to the myTikee software page and choose the offer that suits you. For more information, here is a description of our subscription offers.
Choose the type of billing (annual or monthly) you need
Enter the email address of your account my.tikee.io (if you don't have an account yet, please create one).
Click on "Add to cart".
Click on "Cart" in the upper right corner and then on "Proceed to checkout".
Then enter your contact and payment information to complete your order.

Once your order is placed, your subscription is automatically activated on your myTikee account. It is renewed automatically every month or year (unless you cancel it). Your credit card is debited at the beginning of the period.

Update your Tikee

The latest version of the firmware is compatible with all versions of Tikee (including older versions).

Download the latest update here. The file must be named TikeeUpdate.fw.

When to update your Tikee ?

New versions of the firmware bring you new features and improve the reliability of your Tikee.

Updating your Tikee is not mandatory for every new release of the firmware. It won't impact your ongoing recording. We still recommend that you update your Tikee regularly during your project (about every 4 to 6 months) and before each new installation. If you have to go on site, take the opportunity to update your Tikee.

If the firmware version of your Tikee is in orange on your dashboard on myTikee, you need to update your Tikee as soon as possible.

How to update your Tikee from the cloud?

Updating from the cloud is only available on versions 4.0.0 and later. For earlier versions, please update your Tikee from the SD card.

Storage space on myTikee

What counts in your storage space on myTikee?

All the images on your myTikee account are counted in your storage space. Your image pairs are counted as a single image.

Points of view with right or left images are counted in addition to panoramic images.

Blurred images (RGPD blurring and mask blurring) are counted in addition to the original images without blurring.

If you have duplicated a point of view, the images are only counted once.

The videos generated by the Timelapse Builder and present in your Exports and your Portfolios are not counted.

How much storage space do you have on myTikee depending on your offer?

With the free myTikee offer, you're allowed to store up to 10,000 images on your account.

If you have subscribed to myTikee licenses, you're entitled to 100,000 images per license.

Example:

3 licenses = 300,000 images authorized on your myTikee account

How to check the storage space available on your myTikee account?

You can check your storage space on your profile on myTikee in the "My infos" tile. You'll find the number of images in your account and the number of images you're allowed to store.

Tikee internet connection

How does the Tikee internet connection work?

Your Tikee can be connected to the internet in 4G LTE with a SIM card and a subscription from the operator of your choice or in WiFi if you have a WiFi network at the installation site.

With an internet connection, you can remotely:

check the status of your Tikee
view the images taken by your Tikee (and share them in real time)
create a new shooting sequence
modify your current or planned shooting sequence
synchronize your Tikee at any time with the Always On mode (Tikee 3 PRO, Tikee 3 PRO+, Tikee 4 and Tikee mini only)

Your Tikee regularly connects to the Internet to update its status and send photos. You then have access to all this information on your myTikee account. It's possible to set the connection frequency of your Tikee.

Images upload modes

How do the images upload mode work ?

The Tikee PRO2+, Tikee 3 PRO, Tikee 3 PRO+, Tikee 4 and Tikee Mini have 3 upload modes available. The other versions of Tikees only have the Normal mode.

Choice of send rate with send threshold. This send threshold defines the minimum number of images before the Tikee connects to send them. By default, it is set to 25 images. In this mode, the Tikee connects at least every 24 hours.

| This sending interval can be changed and affects the battery life of the device.

Example : Normal mode activated, threshold set to 15, the Tikee will wait until it has 15 photos available before sending them.

The Tikee connects every 24 hours at the selected time and sends the last captured image. This mode saves energy and data while keeping a regular feedback.
