FTP / SFTP transfer from myTikee

How does FTP transfer work?

Your images can be automatically transferred to your FTP or SFTP server.
You can connect up to 5 different FTP / SFTP servers to your myTikee account. You can then choose on which server each of your Tikee sends its pictures.

The FTP / SFTP transfer is only available with myTikee Storytelling / myTikee Reporting / myTikee Unlimited.

The transfer includes 3 different photos for each capture: left photo, right photo and panoramic photo
The photos are transferred using the following folder tree: account_name/Tikee_number/pointofview_name/[left_photo;right_photo;stitched_photo].
Each photo is renamed using the date and time of capture for easy archiving.

How to enable the transfer of your images to your FTP or SFTP server?

Go to your profile on myTikee by clicking on your name at the top right corner.

In the "My FTPs" tile, click on "Create" to add a new FTP / SFTP server.

Enter all the information of your FTP / SFTP.

Go to the page of the Tikee whose images you want to transfer.

Click on "Set up your FTP."

Select the FTP you want and drag the "Path" button to the right then click on "Configure your FTP".

If you get a green notification, the connection to your server is working.
All the new images sent by the Tikee will be merged on myTikee then sent to your FTP / SFTP server.

If you get a red error notification, please check your FTP server settings and the information entered on myTikee.

How to disable the transfer of your images to your FTP / SFTP server?

Image transfer must be disabled for each Tikee.

Go to the page of the Tikee whose image transfer you want to stop.

Click on "Configure your FTP".

Drag the "Path" button to the left to disable the transfer.

How to edit or delete an FTP /SFTP registered on your myTikee account?

Go to your profile on myTikee by clicking on your name at the top right.

In the "My FTPs" tile, click on the green pencil to edit the information of one of your FTP / SFTP servers or click on the red trashcan to delete one of your servers from your myTikee account.

Click on "Update" when you've finished making your changes.

You cannot delete a server from your account if a transfer is active. You'll first have to disable the transfer on each of your Tikees before deleting the server.
